St. Procopius Abbey
Founded in 1885, St. Procopius Abbey is a Roman Catholic Benedictine monastery of men, currently consisting of 26 monks.
The monks of St. Procopius Abbey, consisting of priests and brothers, live in community, seeking God by a life of prayer, obedience, and personal conversion, according the Rule of St. Benedict.
Prayer and conversion are at the heart of our life. At the same time, we serve in outside apostolates, especially in the schools that we founded and continue to sponsor, Benet Academy and Benedictine University.
